      Home most nights and rewarding flying, company culture is good. Not many flying jobs that you can fly 705 and be home.

      I like Perimeter it’s a good company that try’s to do the right things.

      Pros

      You get a decent pay for starting, All Leads/ Cre Chief are nice and willing to teach you, People around your level are nice to work with. There is room for growth in the career ladder.

      Cons

      Senior Management on the floor gives everyone stress as there is tons of pressure, they are expecting the experience of a chef when you were hired for a waiter if you know what I mean. Not worth the stress in your life. The fleet you work on is kinda random so you could be stuck in M1 also.

      -Opportunities for growth - interesting industry if unfamiliar with aviation

      Cons

      - pay is very low, even when compared to sister companies - very high turnover -management is highly unprofessional - extremely toxic, and unethical workplace - condition of facility and equipment is very poor
