+ I have never seen such honesty & transparency on every level and topic in a company. + Regardless of your junior/medior/senior status in your title, people are being heard & respected to give their unrestricted feedback. + When promises are made, they are respected & followed through upon. + There's a very positive atmosphere between colleagues. + You truly feel part of the team & are given a lot of trust + Training & onboarding is taken seriously
Cons
- Due to the nature of being a scale-up in tech the strategy, job requirements, internal processes and plans can change frequently to adapt to changing needs. This is great for people who enjoy a growing and evolving role. This could be a major disadvantage for people who need rigid structure & routine. - The coffee is mediocre - We have these healthy snacks which are great, but I was completely surprised how many calories are in those things. Mindblowing.
