Pros

- Reasonable and flexible upper management. - Amicable work environment. - More than decent yearly raise. - A general effort to make things better, fairer and more transparent.

Cons

Nothing significant and it really wasn't a problem and should be expected to a degree in every environment but sometimes certain members of middle management could be be semi aggressive or accusatory without knowing full details.

Pros

Very friendly work environment. The doors to upper management are open if you need to chat with someone. The engineering team is highly competent and tackling some exciting challenges. Overall the company is supportive of internal team initiatives and receptive to feedback.

Cons

It would be great if there was more support for individuals to take on side projects (20% time) that can potentially evolve into something the company can use.
