Pros

All the operations are overseas which gives you the experience of working and managing nationalities other than Australian. Salaries and bonus structures were good. Working for the corporate body based in Perth, you are provided Business Class flights for all the site visits that you decide to conduct during the year.

Cons

There is no such quality as providing support when the going is tough. You need to look out for yourself. When things are going well then everyone is happy ofcourse, There are definite personal agendas that are happy to point the finger and shift the blame without blinking an eye. As long as they continue to move up the chain people will do anything. Being a smaller company but with a healthy cashflow, making money comes first before its people.
