Where to start, there is a awfull toxic working environment, a clique of people that lie, tell tales and make people's life hell, this is management and they have befriended people lower than them to go around watching people and taking pictures of there work and getting them to snitch and run back to the office at any given chance, they lie to customers faces regarding work and issues, the disorganisation and lack of leadership is staggering for such a big company aswell. They offer bribes to home owners for good surveys sent back to the office to make them look like there doing there job. They employ people with no experience to undertake jobs,.the whole company is a massive joke from.top.to.bottom. you would be mad to get a job here.
