A young, innovative, and fun company to work at that values when you show commitment and rewards you proportionally. They are flexible when needed and are open to suggestions that could improve the company's performance and day-to-day activities, an ever-evolving environment that considers everyone when they make changes and plan for the future of the company. As long as you put in the time and effort to become good at the tasks you have to perform every day, growth won't be a problem and rewards come with it.
Cons
The learning curve can be a bit overwhelming but once you start to get a hold of your everyday tasks, it all becomes very natural.
