Very professional coworkers; unlike most spa environments coworkers here are like family. Good pay, flexible time off. Reputable long standing business.

Constant bullying, hazing, manager was an overall unpleasant person. Favoritism was also a big problem, one mistake that any other staff member made was quietly addressed or swept under the rug- but when I made a mistake I was loudly ridiculed and embarrassed. I felt like I was back in high school with all that gossiping, fake friendliness, cattiness and overall cruelty that I witnessed with the staff members. VERY nosey too! I regret telling 1 person details about my personal life, because 5 mins later everyone knew and made horrible comments about me. It was a horrible working environment and I was so glad when I quit without notice.
