Pros
discounts on beer, connected to the community, good hours (no early mornings or late nights)
Cons
Lack of growth, they underpay all employees, and there's no where to grow. They are always understaffed, so staff must where multiple hats, and are asked to do things outside their job description all the time. They do not prioritize diversity or inclusion, owners are sexually inappropriate with staff, and there is no brand values.
