Pros
High standards of cleanliness, good commission structure (you can make a LOT of money if you’re a good sales person), playing with puppies, time off requests typically honored.
Cons
Poor guidance from upper management resulting in bad communications at the team level, this all started when an excellent manager resigned (for very good reasons). Frequent changes in procedure lead to staff confusion. New staff does not receive proper training, as they are understaffed to begin with so people are kind of “thrown in”.
