Pros

- Honest, transparent, and friendly culture - Supporting a great customer base and mission - Real change can happen quickly and can come from anywhere in the organization: always open to new ideas - Supportive teams and willingness to collaborate to solve problems - The products solve real problems for vet clinics and pet parents

Cons

- Still digesting some of the previous acquisitions which can lead to some disjointed customer and internal process experiences - Competitive market and core audience is dealing with an environment of declining visits by pet owners

Absolutely awful.

Pros

Working with Veterinarian Clinics brings a great sense of fulfillment. Remote work.

Cons

Terrible communication between departments and teams. Poor leadership from the top down that seems to constantly be used to putting out fires but never building a solid plan to execute and scale properly going forward, Internal processes and products are so complicated and hard to use. One of the worst admin dashboards I’ve ever seen and the products sold to customers are subpar. Pay was too low and work load was too much. False promises with promotions or career paths. Definitely one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for.

Pros

Great people to work with and you will get help whenever asked.

Cons

Metrics can get pretty heavy sometimes but if you can handle it then you’re good. Lots of favoritism from higher ups (make sure you’re liked by the people that matter - otherwise it’s a hard time for you)
