Some are really good at helping, while others are very rude. There's no work-life balance, and the worst part is the seniority. They used to engage in a lot of gossip instead of working.
The seniors at Petco need to provide clear guidelines and maintain a positive attitude. Nobody is perfect. The turnover rate is also high, making this an unsafe place to work.
