Pros
Clothing allowance per season. Excluding some managers - truly the nicest people you could work with. Everyone friendly and willing to help. Large international work force which is probably the best thing you could ask for. Shows are always fun and exciting. The worker bee's are all talented and excellent at what they do (it's a shame it is not recognised or structured in a way to reward employees). I would recommend to try and work there for a year. Get as much experience as you can, do anything and everything you are asked then look for a new job, otherwise you will just be repeating yourself over and over and over. Location is great and the building is really nice, full of art.

Worked at PP for 4 years and from the time I was there my team went from 9 to just 2 due to wrongful firings, bad treatment from managers and company cuts. I can not express this enough, the management is truly awful - you could not pay me enough to ever work there again. COO and Managers have no idea what is going on in their own company and it was an absolute mess. No matter how hard you work or how many weekends you sacrifice or how much money you saved the company it did not add up to anything - mostly due to bad managers who had no idea of how to do their own job or how to run a team. Salaries are a joke and they over pay some and severely under pay most, it was disgraceful and unlawful. You will be asked to work every hour of the day and most weekends and even Christmas. If the rewards and spirit matched your hard work then this would have been OK but no matter how much effort you put in it added up to nothing. You will not get a raise based on your performance or for how long you have worked at the company - you have to become best friends with the right people. HR is ran by the COO...you can not say anything negative or constructive or you will have a lawsuit thrown at you. There is zero training or company support. If I could 1.5 stars I would.
