Pros
There are some phenomenal people who work there, just not in the sales department. Culturely everywhere but sales is pretty sound. Tyler is a pretty solid dude. A tad rigid but is one hell of a leader! He's the type that will get in a man hole and help dig out a sewer line if needed.
Cons
Sales division lacks leadership. Each department is in it for themselves. The leader of the operation cares more about his friends feelings more often than not than he does succeeding. I was let go after strong performance simply because one of his buddies didn't "trust me". I kid you not that was what I was told the reasoning for my termination was. I was told they would not fight unemployment, they did and lost. They let go my entire department months later and others were told the same thing and lied to as well. All in all this company had a solid foundation until greed took it over, and by greed I mean Chad Peterman. If you take a tour be careful because looks can be deceiving.
