We were exploid doing lots of things not in our contract + unpayed overtime
Pros
I meet good people and good team inside. Learnt a lot what not to do in our next workplaces.
Cons
The managers didn't know how to lead the project, didn't know where the project had to become. The bosses try to convince us that the project was ours, but that was pure manipulation. We were forced to stay overtime (unpayed) for the poor organitzaction and the caos of going for non sense deadlines or stay in events for free. The bosses force us to leave the company (first threatening to some co-workers) to avoid the acquittances. Basically mobbing us. Moreover, they make you do lot of different stuff you're not hired for if they can. In my case, they make me an intern contract and I finished being the art director, concept artist, graphic designer and all the things they could give me to do (for a very low salary). I leaved heavy moments with the bosses screaming to other employees. We end with anxiety. On the other hand they were the projects: all with all type of stereotypes on the characters, and also lots of times suffering sexist attittudes on the workflow or sexist comments from the leaders. I reccomend not to enter there. They play a liberal attittude just for show. I hope this would be usefull for future people.
