Pros
A few good people. Albeit few and far between.
Cons
Directors and CEO are not aligned. Both directors and CEO are offshore. No company vision or direction. Management exhibiting poor behaviours which are carried through the organisation. On average 4 staff resign per month when capacity is 50.

Pros
On-site parking, no working overtime (not possible at all), pets in the office from time to time, great direct team.
Cons
Stagnant low pay, no space for personal development, treating people as mere tools to achieve goals which then don't have any impact on their salary/feeling appreciated and valuable. The building company is located urgently needs an overhaul with it's faulty plumbing and smelly kitchen.
