Cons

This company cheats at everything, including Glass Door reviews. The owners will do anything to make a buck and be "number one." The company is basically the Morris Slush Fund to buy things and impress girls.

1 - The company is on solid ground with a ton of momentum in the industry. 2 - The executive management is solid and smart and accountable. 3 - The company structure is nimble and agile, can get things done quickly, and can change direction when needed. 4 - My co-workers are cool people who are funny and smart and hard working, and feel like family. 5 - I'm given all the tools I need to do my job well. 6 - The culture things other companies often overlook: office snacks, crawfish boils, happy hours, company lunches.
