Pros

Only good part in working for this company is its location being in suburb, good housing is available within few minutes of drive.

Cons

In the last 1 year itself, more than 20% employees have left the company - all experienced. Many jobs require to work at client site, some domestic but mostly at international places as per client schedule. Junior employees are forced to stay at international client location for months. Prospect for growth is next to nil. No external training. Many good mentors have already left the company. The employment contract is very harsh and will be shown only after joining. The company is family owned and family centric. Lower pay than market average for similar job and experience.

Pros

It is a great learning environment where employees care about your progress and whether or not you enjoy your job.

Cons

I had to commute 45 minutes to get to work, but it was well worth the incredible opportunity.
