Everything is a lie so be careful. Angela's Image is the only thing that matters to the owner, what you see is NOT what you get. Evidence is all over their own fb page, small boutique daycare with the most handlers per dog ratio in the business is utter crap. 30ish big dogs and 2 handlers 30ish small dogs 1 handler, look at photos there are too many dogs per day to be called 'a small business' Dogs do NOT sleep inside they are all in a crate in the garage and bed time 7pm latest. Lodging is says 8 dogs max per night, well um no. There is no limit to the amount of lodgers they will take at any one time, once the first garage is full they will then use garage number 2 to house the lodgers if needed. The money is more important. Dogs are taken into the main house for photos on the furniture so they can be sent to parents but then the dogs will go back into their crates for bed. It goes on and on the lies are endless. Staff are treated unbelievably badly, manipulation threats and bullying is how management runs and controls staff, its disgusting. Money comes first and the dogs are seen as income.

Angela Beer operates Pets & Pats, Auckland as a dog daycare / farmstay facility. Angela describes her business as ''... the best facility in Auckland. A $4million dollar farm which allow the kids to do as much or as little as they like. Dog Disneyland." The only part of that description that is accurate is the 'Disneyland' being the chaotic, manic environment which is the creation of Angela Beer. In the time that I worked for Angela she showed absolutely no regard for the wellbeing of the dogs in her care i.e. dogs left in vehicles for excessive periods, little or no supervision of dogs, dogs shut in the garage for hours, no management of infectious diseases, failure to advise clients of exposure to infectious diseases, multiple serious injuries to dogs in her care. Pets & Pats has no resource consent to be operating the type of facility (dog daycare / kenneling) on the property in Dairy Flat. Angela is abusive to staff (and clients if they don't do what she wants) she is passive aggressive, has no boundaries, is a bully & will harass, defame and (try to) intimidate you when you leave her employment. I witnessed her abuse clients when they no longer wanted to use her service, she is utterly unprofessional & her conduct is an embarrassment to the industry. It is incredible that people still send their dogs to Pets & Pats, and don't see through the lies and pretty promo material - I strongly suggest people evaluate other options before sending there dog to Pets & Pats. Pets & Pats is far from a 'luxury lodging' the facility is filthy, there is no kennelling procedures, protocols or knowledge, no Health and Safety procedures, no cleaning procedures or knowledge.
