      Pros

      Can’t find any. They pretend to care about people but they definitely don’t.

      Cons

      I will never recommend anyone to start a recruitment process for this company. They have a massive lack of professionalism, they do not care about candidate experience.

      Industry experts working there are very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      The company doesn’t know what it wants and changes direction constantly leaving people with no tools to explain changes to services or pricing to explain to customers. If the company wasn’t around for so many years, you would think it was founded yesterday. It’s a startup, but the amount of change and constant hire and fire is certainly not adequate for a company of that stage.
