      constant turnover, company continues to try to tout change, safety concerns, continue to employ under par employees and reward bad behavior. Improve HR. Who polices the professionalism and guidance from HR? Does he even understand HR?

      Finest form of nepotism .. who you are related to is what matters even if you are very under qualified , managers can do as they please and who they please owners will not say a word. HR department is a joke . Do not expect to grow unless you are part of the in crew. Warehouse employees treated like peasants compared to office personnel. Company great at covering up HSE issues and violations.
