Pros
Pfeiffer Partners is a great about its work culture. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along. There is lots of overtime and hard work but for the most part it is rewarding. You have the opportunity to take on as much responsibility that you want to. Very diverse Staff. I love that there are multiple women in leadership positions.
Cons
Long working hours. Sometimes Management is hard to get in contact with as they are busy with other project. There is disconnect between different principals resulting in two different directions being issued.
