      Pros

      Laid back environment. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Horrible management structure. Runs company like everyone expendable. Has no regard for their employees, subcontractors, or affiliates. Hires people to just fire them shortly thereafter. I worked as the EA to the entire executive team, take it from me, don't be fooled. Their management structure and style is poor and the owner has no idea how to run a business.

      I cant think of any props. Maybe the new office?!

      No structure. People are in and out of this place like flies. The owner doesn't know how to run a business. Staff is doing work that take 3-4 people to do. Run....
