Pros

Used to allow for remote work, not the case anymore.

Cons

Awful. The entire company is based off of who you know and who you don't. They don't value talent in the company, and your career progression strictly relates to how much yapping you can do. Dishonest, and predatory people are running this business and I would steer clear as a possible employee or client. Benefits aren't great, only 4 week of paid maternity, high insurance premiums. There is no training provided, or clear job description guidelines/responsibilities outlined. No bonuses or merit increases, or job security.

• While some colleagues were great to work with, many ultimately left the company. • Compensation is fair but does not fully offset the broader challenges within the organization.

Cons

• The company was spun off from ICF Next with minimal preparation and limited access to critical resources. • A shortage of business leads has forced many employees into “temporary” unpaid leave. • Leadership demonstrates poor management practices, where toxic behaviors are rewarded, and ineffective leaders continue to rise in the ranks. • High turnover rates contribute to instability. • There is no clear path for professional growth. • Leadership lacks transparency in decision-making. • The overall environment is marked by ambiguity and uncertainty.

Pros

I genuinely enjoy working here, and a big part of that comes down to the leadership team. They set a clear vision, communicate well, and create an environment where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization where leadership is both approachable and forward-thinking. The products we offer are something I’m proud to stand behind—they’re high quality, thoughtfully developed, and truly deliver value to our clients. That makes a huge difference in day-to-day work, especially when building and maintaining strong client relationships. Over time, those relationships have grown into real partnerships, which speaks volumes about the trust and consistency this company provides. The team culture here is another standout. It’s positive, collaborative, and driven without being cutthroat. People genuinely want to help each other succeed, and there’s a strong sense of shared purpose. On top of that, the company consistently hires smart, capable individuals, which elevates everyone and keeps the work engaging. Overall, it’s a place where you can grow, contribute, and feel good about the work you’re doing.

Cons

Work demands ebb and flow based on client needs. Like with any job, there’s an occasional weekend or a couple of nights, but that is fairly infrequent and by project.
