      Training is really good. Teaching of product detailing is great

      Zero policy,they wake up and just throw policies at you You will be asked to drop originals of your certificates both nysc and Bsc or HND as the case may be. Once you resign you become an enemy of the company. They will frustrate your life. They will frustrate your life. They frustrate your life. If you still want to go ahead and work here,have your legal backing.

      Pros

      The company doesn't compromise on your training and development. The pay is slightly above fair in the industry. The MD believes in giving people without experience an open arm as long as you have the charisma and talent.

      Cons

      If you are not living in the assigned territory, it is very stressful. Vehicle allocation may not be as smooth as expected. Work is from Monday to Saturday. Sales meeting are usually on Saturdays. Few times, physically. While most times, virtually. Your School leaving and NYSC certificate is used as Bond and released when leaving the company. You may have to forfeit your final payment before you leave the company.
