I’ve been with Pharmalogics for about a year now, and I can honestly say it is the best place I have ever worked. The job itself can definitely be challenging, but the environment is so supportive! They really want everyone to succeed, and will work with you until you do. The president of the company is very hands on, and readily engages with her employees. I never feel like “just a number” when I come to work. Not to mention all of the perks! Free workout classes twice a week with a trainer, fresh fruit and yogurt deliveries, and a beer fridge are just a few of the awesome things about this office. I’ve already convinced a few of my friends to apply, and I frequently tell others to as well! Pros: -Great Pay/Benefits -Fun office environment -many advancement opportunities - nice new building -Supportive management

Pharmalogics definitely cares about their employees. The training is absolutely incredible. They essentially pair you with someone else in the office that has been here for a while that you can lean on for support whenever you face a difficult situation on the phone. At first getting on the phones seems really scary, but they do so much mock calling and SOP training with you that it literally becomes second nature by the time that you start doing it. I really can't say enough good things about this company. I've never been able to say I love my job, but I really love working here! Every day they show us they appreciate us, whether it's free bagels, going on trips to Red Sox games, or giving out concert tickets - when you work here, you know that you're part of something special.
