Pros

Potential to work from home but it’s constantly threatened

Cons

Training is unorganized and subpar Pay Benefits and PTO are laughable Rules/policies change daily and you are expected to keep up (even if management doesn’t inform you). There is no consistency in how you are supposed to perform your job. Quality will constantly ding you because of this

Pros

Appreciate being able to work from home and the work is not stressful.

Cons

PTO benefits are incredibly limited. You basically get one week for vacation and then one week to do all the doctor appointments and all the other things you don't want to waste your PTO on. Raises are puny. I'm barely making more then when I started 2 years ago, despite being a really good employee. They don't give cost of living raises at all, despite everything getting so much more expensive. You're only going to be able to advance your career if you are willing to work in office.

Pros

This job is decent for entry level customer service agents trying to gain experience. Beautiful building, but employees are inconsiderate when it comes to cleanliness. I feel bad for the janitor who works all day and has to clean up after. There’s a marketplace for snacks and a walking trail that’s nice when it’s warm outside.

Cons

I started this job right after college, hoping to gain corporate experience. But when I say this company is far from what I expected. They put you through 6 months of pointless training courses that don’t necessarily train you for phone calls. All the phone call training is done through shadows of other employees who aren’t equipped to do so. The only pro is that you get paid for your time. Then right after you’re on your own constantly seeking assistance on what to do. You’d be lucky if you get assigned to a good team with an understanding and patient supervisor. The leadership in this company is very biased. Be prepared to deal with favoritism and unfairness when it comes to workload. Your higher ups will be gone in back to back pointless meetings all day long. Then expect you to adjust to the changes they make within your program and your calls almost EVERY WEEK, then threaten to penalize you for it. The work from home advertisement is a scam. It is hybrid so you will be required to come into the office 1-3 weeks a month. Which is pointless because most of them time they don’t even notice or check to see if you came into the office. They pick and choose who they want to enforce dress code on and will take away your wfh option. They will mess up your taxes having you owe the state and get nothing in return. I have multiple witnesses. Last but not least they do not care about their employees, it is a front unless you're cliqued up with leadership. They underpay and give you 1 small raise until you basically overwork yourself until you’re burnt out. Last but not least there were pest issues last year and instead of allowing employees to wfh fully, until the problem was solved. They recommended employees to catch the pest and bring them to HR. Reports were still flying in and they continued to carry on mandated that we come in the office, while “rewarding” with potlucks and pizza.

Pros

The base pay is not terrible. The benefits could be better but I was able to afford them.

Cons

•High volume call center environment. You’re pushed to take a certain number of calls per shift and if you don't, you start getting calls from your supervisor •They definitely play favorites. They give certain people way, way more leeway than other less liked employees. • They do not follow through with anything or keep their promises. At least not in the program I was in. Seriously, wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. •Senior management in my program was a joke. Most of the employees were work from home at the time I worked there, so I guess they thought no one was around to hear but, you could hear managers talking about other employees, by name, in a derogatory manner and even making jokes about their productivity, attendance etc.
