Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. At PASI, we have always complied with all Ontario Ministry of Labour standards and find it unfortunate that you believed otherwise. Internally we encourage employee recognition from all team members through the use of a Kudos board and during Town Hall or Annual Meetings, personal recognition is encouraged and provided. Many of our employees have direct contact with our Clients. It takes a team to satisfy our Client’s needs. Over the past couple of years we have implemented Leadership Training for all of our Managers, implemented a quarterly Performance Management Process, focused time and resources on the development of an internal Social Committee that is managed by the employees and utilized a company- wide survey to better understand our progress in delivering a work environment that encourages growth and good work-life balance. As a result of our efforts, our current retention rate is 93%.
