The company owners have no vision or drive about the company’s future. The company culture is very toxic, they take advantage of the full employee capacity without any care of the human aspect, on the contrary the mindset is to milk employees to their fullest. Also, by putting individuals on the spot and shaming them openly in front of other coworkers, contributes to the overall morale. No work or professional ethics shown in several occasions, regardless of their contribution and loyalty to the company’s success in front of customers. It can be very draining and certainly not a recommended environment to work in. In case you decide to work there, make sure that you are clear on your own boundaries and expectations, otherwise the owners know no boundaries.
