Too many organizational changes. Senior leadership worries more about what the board thinks rather than focus on their employees. Too much turnover; They will fire anyone for any little reason. There is no real “culture”. New CEO has no idea what he is doing at the helm. Insurance is very expensive, no raises for anyone this year, and overall, there is no alignment amongst different teams. Pharos isn't the greatest thing since sliced bread. There isn’t really a focus on print management from a potential customer standpoint. Not many companies really care about it. Our solution is a “nice to have” rather than a “need to have”. I truly believe everything has gone downhill.

NO training, they want you to work circles and push out results without training you on their products or expect you to pick it up over night. Hiring manager promised to a certain role but hired for something completely different and insulting. Low pay.
