I have very good project presentation skills. I can easily mingle with the team members and other teams as well, then I will create user friendly environment. I can make a strong relation with the customer. I know how to drive the team towards organization goals.
Cons
Straightforward nature. I have had problems in the past with taking on too much work and then not delivering a quality and timely product because I was stretched too thin in too many areas.
