      honest review about phistream

      Pros

      they have one project, and no idea, so if you want to paas your time, this is it.

      Cons

      no infrastructure(not even proper washroom), managers lack knowledge, the management is ignorant, wont give any info or support. Poor HR management I was told that there are no projects therefore we have to let you go but when it came to give exp letter, hr said that needed to serve notice period. I really had very bad experience there plus there were salary cuts even if you are 5 minutes late. PS the managers are told to put good reviews on sites to hide the truth.

      Pros

      Friendly and supportive managers, opportunity to multitask and also we get opportunity to decisions ourself which makes us more strong and develop managerial skills.

      Cons

      Abrupt salary deductions, non-friendly management and accounts department. And non-systematic working environment.
