      Pros

      PHIA took many steps as a small company to build morale. Probably the best small company that I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Working for a small company has its disadvantages. It makes it harder for lateral transfers, and when it comes to cuts, subcontractors are normally at the greatest risk.
