Pros

Phillips provides you with an always updated, state of the art, clean work environment for your day to day activities. In sales, providing you with an up to date work environment keeps your customers comfortable during their visits to the dealership. 80% of my business comes from repeat or referral customers. Customers generally become customers for life. Their advertising budget and business plan keeps people continuously walking through the door for great deals and service. There is a reason they have been the #1 Chevrolet store in the region for over 10 years. They also provide you with excellent training opportunities and facilities. Always keeping us up to date with the ever changing product line up. Your co-workers in every department always take time to give each other a “good morning” or “have a great night” each an everyday. It is a very warm and friendly place to work. It was my plan to work there for a year or so to gain sales experience, I’m going on 7 years now. If I ever left Phillips, I would leave the car industry all together.

Cons

In auto sales, Saturday’s are usually your best selling day of the week. So, two day weekends are far and few between unless you utilize vacation time. It’s not a 9-5 job in auto sales.
