Management struggles to provide constructive feedback: Management is too busy taking decisions and executing to delegate, give constructive feedback and help you grow to your maximum potential. Key management repeatedly used irrespectful alegations of inadequate behaviour in the shape of light comments and without proof. It can be difficult to integrate as an international employee: the majority of the workforce is local, they mostly speak dutch in the office, unless being in a common meeting or event, and there is strict work-life balance with few after work events, which makes it harder to make friendships with colleagues.
