      Pros

      - Co-workers are friendly, very nice and will help you to solve your problems - 1st day HMO with 2 dependents - Free breakfast every Friday - Fun activities every month - Good location

      Cons

      - Very low salary pay - HR is very passive-aggressive (beware) - Office politics - Using the bare-minimum benefits to control employees - Management discriminates against people with mental health issues - 13th month pay is already included to your monthly salary/JO - A lot of employees will only stay for less than a year, some would stay for only a week and some would even leave without notice - They don't like work-life balance

      * Awesome projects related to different financial data * You're encouraged to use different technologies * Can swap work hours for a day close to a holiday * Generous lunch and dinner outs * Has a ref with beers and chocolates * Game nights with prizes

      * Fixed morning schedule * Does not provide a laptop * Does not allow snacking on desks * Does not provide mobile pedestals

      bad HR and management, excellent team

      - one of the best technical team - fun teammates (in and out) of office - intellectual and curious people

      Cons

      - HR and management are full of politics. even if you are doing well, you can be out tomorrow because you offended their fragile ego. - HR/management, are not professional. they dont have systems. the system is their discretion (and they are proud of it). therefore the line are blurred on what can get you into trouble. they will say in the lines of "we dont wanna have many rules bec we want to give you flexibility". well in fact they are only giving themselves the "flexibility" and not to the employee. - high churn rate - low salary if you compare the quality of the people there - them: "we dont wanna give you a good salary bec .. but if you stay you can earn and you can learn .
