Worst experience of my career. there is micromanagement from people who don’t have understand the industry. Incredibly toxic culture. No trust of employees. No support in helping staff grow or develop. Work load is way too much and there is no safe place to discuss any concerns as you are advised to suck it up and keep going. Despite the obvious failings and poor performance of the business, nothing will change as those at the top refuse to believe they are wrong and are unable to adapt to how a modern business can be a success. The negative reviews have spread among the industry and it’s proving more and more difficult to hire strong talent. To try and tackle this, the recent positive reviews on glassdoor are completely fabricated and not written by genuine employees. You can tell by the way they are written that they are false, focus on the genuine accounts of staff members that show the true picture.

It’s like stepping into the devils wears prada movie - the rules , the top management are hostile and delusional. Dont fall into the brand name trap. There are so many nicer brands you can choose to work at. This is truly a sinking ship.
