      Scam job!

      Pros

      The sales methodology is awesome. It works great for those who do not have sales ability or new to sales.

      Cons

      The management sucks. You never get paid commissions. They make you work for free or fear of losing your dead end job. You are told that you will become a market manager but only if you are shady like management. They want you to be shady but if you get caught you are in your own. This is a fake job.

      Dear “Scam Job,” Are you sure that you are talking about the right company? This does not sound like our organization at all! We are a marketing firm, but our pay structure is not commission based. Our reps receive a weekly hourly base, commissions, and bonuses. We have never failed to pay anyone on our staff for our work with us, nor would we try to “scam” people. Furthermore, Phoenix was recently listed as one of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Businesses to Work For in 2015. We are proud of the company that we have built and are one of the top offices in the nation for our clients in production and customer service.       Pros

      I enjoy working at Phoenix Integrated! Not a day goes by that I am not learning something new, which adds to my skills and resume. I am also given numerous chances to incorporate my ideas and thoughts into our processes and I appreciate how management is always helpful when I have questions. Scheduling is very flexible.

      Cons

      If you are not good in sales this may not be a good fit for you

      Pros

      The fact that I have been at Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants for 4 years, speaks wonders itself. I believe that Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants truly has the best people and the best networking available, that you can carry with you throughout your career, whether it be at Phoenix Integrated or elsewhere.
