Terrible

Pros

- Good canteen food. - Free parking. -Free bus from city hall in the morning and back again at the end of the working day.

Cons

- too much work responsibility/expectation, too little pay. - Managers/supervisors have their favourite colleagues who they promote out of nepotism and bully, harrass and make fun of everyone else. -HR don't care about the employees physical or mental health at all, only about protecting the employer/company from law suits.

Not a nice place to work

Business outlook

Pros

Some nice people work for the company

Cons

Profits ahead of safety with this company. Culture of bullying staff. CEOs salary is obscene, leading to underpaid staff and high turnover of staff. Work force is unskilled and demoralised. Staff that are competent to complete work generally get overloaded with work and leave. Training is very poor.
