      Pros

      They're really great salespeople. They WILL fill your schedule. It will be filled far beyond your boundaries.

      Cons

      Unorganized, cheap, sneaky, conniving, misleading. Poor leadership. Getting credentialed is a battle for clinicians as it pertains to insurance. Quality supervision is difficult to find for those who are not licensed. Micromanagement. This business has changed names several times, likely to avoid negative carryover from before. It's a typical rebranding scheme.

      Pros

      I had an excellent experience working at Phoenix Rebellion Therapy and only left because I relocated out of state. The practice offers a truly supportive, non-burnout culture that makes doing meaningful trauma work sustainable.

      Cons

      The only real downside is that as a smaller group practice there are fewer layers of management and less formal career ladder opportunities than you might find at a larger agency.
