Pros
Still, the majority of people are nice to work with. A good amount of days off as a benefit.
Cons
The main con is that the C-level has no interest in their teams and abandoned the employee-first approach: firing on the spot, decreasing benefits, and openly stating that salaries won't be raised even for over-performers thus expecting employees to continue with below-average and non-competitive salaries. A lot of changes happen fast and without a clear plan that does not benefit the company long-term. The goal is only quick revenue. That results in confusing and unsatisfying short-term goals, and not finishing projects. All that adds unreasonable workload and stress while KPIs are set a lot above the SaaS average.
