Forget about it, be happy if they pay at all even with a delay of a month or two I think u get my thought here the only good thing that this is fully remote work. Cons
The management's absolutely careless attitude towards projects and employees, they happily take advantage of the situation when people desperately need at least some kind of salary and pays almost nothing. They also fire people without paying them for their work. They will ignore you and put you on a blacklist
