Pros
The work is challenging and rewarding. Everyone will bend over backwards to help you, and at the end of the day you feel like you are making a positive difference in the world. They have adjusted very well to remote work, and are a flexible employer.
Cons
Working in a regulated environment can include significant red tape. The company is small and lacks the structure that a large organization would have.
