Pros
The old manger is really sweet and brings little toy and treats to cheer on the staff.
Cons
There is more changes in the company rules and policies than there is days in the week. The manager isn't the best, he is all over the place. His form of managing is terrible, he misleads in what his future plans for the company will be. Management does not communicate and can be sketchy on how they move when something has changed within the company. Their PTO and Sick days are combined, you can't used it individually and if you have an emergency but you don't want to use your time they still use it. You don't really have a say on how you get to use your PTO.
