      central location, on site canteen , medical aid , provident fund

      Cons

      its listed company so you just a number , management tries to impress the shareholder rather than focus on people within the org, no career path in certain sections of the company , and middle management needs quick rotation , HR also not on your side as an employee , they will help management more than they help you , so dont trust them.
