      Pros

      The pay is alright and the benefits are nice. Job security is good because they likely won't fire you, even if you don't work.

      Cons

      After being screwed over for several months, I'm actively seeking a new job elsewhere. I'm consistently not going where I want to be. Hiring new people does not change this, for some reason, as they are sent to places where they are not needed, and places that need to be filled are not.

      Pros

      Lots of exposure to different types of automotive.Aspects and the customers come from a wide, diverse background.And the customers are the best part of the experience of working

      Cons

      The job itself is very political.And you have to know someone to get ahead. The expectations are unrealistic and the paperwork to do anything in processes are very overwhelming. You have to live, breathe, eat and sleep for the company.
