      People are nice, and there is room for career advancement

      Cons

      A lot of work is there and work-life balance is hard to maintain. Schedules are not realistic and the workload is insane. Not that well managed. Successes are not adequately recognized and celebrated

      Growing company with issues

      Pros

      Growing company offers possibilities. High-tech company and high-tech customers offer exceptional views. Nice colleagues. International and diverse environment.

      Cons

      Lacks of basic understanding about equipment manufacturing Blaming culture. Extremely little and noisy office space combined with conservative remote work policies Most of the work is unplanned No workload control
