      If anyone want to execute their own ideas and strategies this organization always welcomes their employee and anyone can work without any pressure and interference from the organization for their ideas. when i left this job i had received my experience letter within 15 days and salary slip as well

      Cons

      According to the protocols of the company if you will not give a prior notice for leaving the organization before one month, your last month salary will be get on hold for next six month.
