Pros
Average company, there is an incredible amount of smart and intelligent people across the the firm. You can learn a lot from many staff members if you put in the effort and time. Everyone is very kind and nice but that is about it.
Cons
IT team is run by people who have been there since 2000. There is seniority across the board and not for the better. There is a lack of teamwork, it is everyone for themselves and people love passing the buck and blaming others. They will not listen to you. You have no voice. Comments and suggestions fall on deaf ears. There is no structure or process. The team is not effective at troubleshooting. Some people can sit at their pc all day and watch cnn do very little and get a pass. You guys know exactly who you are, ask about it in your interview. I worked in portland just shy of one year and have watched many people come and go. It sounds like my replacement in the review above found out for themselves. IF YOU WANT TO BE BURNED OUT AND GO NO WHERE IN LIFE, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!
