Pros
Working here is an excellent way to participate in the election process and earn some money while you do. If you apply yourself you can be cross trained in a number of different areas of work.
Cons
Extra Hires are often referred to as "not really an employee". As many as 100's can come in for an election and often there are all new supervisors who have not done the work before. It causes a great deal of stress and strife leading to many not returning even for the currently assigned shifts.
