This company is growing rapidly and I believe it has potential.
Cons
Poor communication and bias management. Even if you have the skills and knowledge to do your job, you may be overlooked because management gate keeps information from anyone that they believe is of “LOW IQ”. I have multiple times overheard this said about many people who just want to learn and grow with the business.
